Cookie Policy

Effective 2026 · Gilt Apex mood board

1. What this shortlist remembers

Gilt Apex keeps a single local preference so the cookie strip does not redraw on every Strip visit. It is stored in your browser (for example sf-cookie-choice) — a mood swatch, not a dossier.

2. What we leave off the board

We do not drop ad cookies, cross-site social pixels, or analytics that run before Accept. Any future optional measure will be written here first.

3. Why essentials stay

Forgetting your choice would flash the bar over every tower card. Storage is preference recall only — not a guest profile for Las Vegas travellers.

4. How to wipe it

Delete site data in your browser; the notice reappears the next time you open Gilt Apex.

5. Full privacy palette

How Gilt Apex handles personal data overall is explained in the Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
